Happy Halloween everyone!
For today's final look and Halloween post, I have created a neon clown look, which is a great last minute look for any Halloween parties tonight or at the weekend. I wanted to do a clown look, but with a twist, and when I saw neon clowns on Instagram, I knew I had to try it out!

You don't have to copy this look exactly, but I do hope you find inspiration from the products I have chosen & the look I have created. I have also put together 3 outfits as inspiration to go with the makeup.

And just to clarify, I am not a makeup professional, but I do enjoy experimenting with makeup.

Products used:
Primer - Benefit Porefessional Mattifying Primer
Foundation - Charlotte Tilbury Light Wonder Foundation in Fair 1
Concealer - Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer in 0
Powder - NYX HD Finishing Powder
Eye Primer - NYX HD Eyeshadow Base
Eyeshadow - Illamasqua Powder Eyeshadow in Daemon (red shadow) / NYX Toronto set (pink/purple shadow) / NYX Dublin Set (Yellow shadow) / Urban Decay Naked Smoky Palette (Black shadow)
Liquid Liner - NYX White Liquid Liner
Eye Pencil - Soap & Glory Smoulder Kohl in Superblack
Mascara - Soap & Glory Thick & Fast HD Mascara
Lashes - MAC No.7
Eyelash Glue - Duo Adhesive
Lipstick - NYX Liquid suede cream lipstick in Sway
Setting Spray - Collection Primed & Ready Spray

This makeup can be done with any colours, I decided to use black, red, yellow and purple/pink. For the base, I just applied my normal foundation, concealer and powder. After the base is done, I moved onto the eyes. First prime them, them map out the shape using black eyeshadow. Go around the black with red (or whatever colour you are using), slightly blending the edges and colours together as you go. Then apply a line of white liner in the centre of the red shadow. To finish the eyes, put black pencil in the waterlines, apply mascara and lashes. For the nose, I did a circle of yellow shadow and did a thin line of white liner around the edge. For the lips, I applied the lipstick and then shaded a pink/purple shadow around the mouth and extended it, for a clown mouth shape. To finish the mouth, apply the white liner on the shadow. For my hair, I just put it into two extremely messy buns, but you could also wear a clown wig. Messy hair works best for the crazy clown look though.

And that's the final look and blog post for Halloween 2018! I hope you liked this simple look, which is perfect for any last minute plans tonight or at the weekend. I also hope you have enjoyed all the other looks and the recipe I posted, throughout these 10 days.

Happy Halloween!

Today's look is Alice Angel from the game, Bendy & the Ink Machine. I thought that this would be a great Halloween look to do, as it is a horror game and the final chapter has just been released! I would of liked to have horns too, but I couldn't find any online and I didn't have time to make them from clay. However, I still think this looks great and it turned out much better than I thought it would.
If you want a more professional take on an Alice Angel look, check out Madeyewlook's video.

Powder - NYX HD Finishing Powder
Eye Primer - NYX HD Eyeshadow Base
Eyeshadow - Urban Decay Naked Smoky Palette (Grey and Black)
Eye Pencil - Soap & Glory Smoulder Kohl in Superblack
Liquid Liner - Soap & Glory Supercat Eyeliner Pen
Mascara - Soap & Glory Thick & Fast HD Mascara
Lipstick - Illamasqua Intense Lipgloss in Repulse
Setting Spray - Collection Primed & Ready Spray
White Face Paint - Grey, White and Black Trio
Black Face Paint - Grey, White and Black Trio
Wig - Black Bob Wig
Halo - White Halo Headband

As much as I love this look, it does take some time to do. After primer, I layered white face paint on my face and neck, to get the right amount of coverage. If I was going out for Halloween as Alice Angel, then I would paint any exposed areas of my body with white face/body paint too. I then primed one eyelid and did a grey smokey eye on it, using eyeshadow. Finish that eye with winged liner, black pencil in the waterlines, mascara and a small black dot under the eye. For my eyebrows, I used black face paint to fill them in, but you could use a black pencil or liquid liner. For the other eye, I mapped out the shape I wanted and filled in with black face paint, which I then set with black eyeshadow. Then I used a black pencil in the waterlines, added mascara, and then added drawing lines around the eye with black face paint. For the open mouth, I mapped out the shapes using grey eyeshadow which also added a little depth to the mouth, painted in the teeth using white face paint, and then filled in the rest with black face paint. I set the rest black face paint with black eyeshadow and all of the white face paint with translucent powder. With the black face paint, I drew on the line for the nose. For the inky drips on the eye, lips and neck, I used a sticky and shiny black lipgloss. Finish with a black wig and halo. I would of liked a longer wig and to add horns for this look, but I still love how this turned out. Also, a black eye contact would look great in the blacked out eye, so that you wouldn't have to constantly be closing your eye for photos!

I hope you liked this Alice Angel inspired makeup look, and are loving the final chapter of Bendy & the Ink Machine. I know this isn't a simple look, but I couldn't resist giving it a try!

Before I get into this recipe, I just wanted to say that I am sorry for not posting yesterday. However, you are still going to get a full 10 days of blog posts for Halloween, I have just decided to post actually on Halloween now. To be honest, I was very hungover on Sunday, so I couldn't concentrate on finishing a blog post. Anyway, let's get on with todays!

For a change from all the makeup looks, I have decided to do a Halloween themed baking recipe. This recipe is lemon & ginger Voodoo doll biscuits. They are simple to make, very tasty and you can have lots of fun with the decorating. If you don't like the idea of icing Voodoo dolls onto these, you could ice skeletons on them instead.

Ingredients

100g butter (softened)
50g caster sugar
1 large lemon, zested
8 pieces of crystallised ginger, finely chopped
175g plain flour
Different coloured writing icing

Method

1 - Preheat the oven to 150c, and line 2/3 baking sheets with baking paper.
2 - Put the butter a large mixing bowl, and beat with a wooden spoon until soft.

3 - Once soft, beat in the sugar, until well combined.

4 - Stir into the butter & sugar mixture, the lemon zest and the chopped ginger.

5 - Then stir in the flour. Start by mixing with a wooden spoon, and then combine the ingredients together using your hands to form a dough.

6 - Then roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface. The dough is soft and a little crumbly, so take your time and be careful when transferring to your baking sheets. Once you have cut all of your men out with a cookie cutter, prick each one with a fork all over. Bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown. They will still be soft when removed from the oven.

7 - Leave to cool on a wire rack.
8 - Once cool, you can go crazy with the decorating! Have fun with the decorating, and remember, you don't have to do voodoo dolls, they could be skeletons instead.
And that is it!
Finished!

And that is how you make Voodoo Doll Biscuits! A perfect sweet treat for a spooky Halloween night in or for a Halloween party.

I am not the best at icing, but I think these are super cute and spooky.
I hope you guys liked this recipe and let me know if you try to make them!

Today's look is a super simple knife eyeliner makeup. I got the inspiration for this eyeliner from Pinterest & Instagram, so let me know who originated this idea, so I can credit them. This look is perfect for people who need a last minute Halloween look, or who want to be a little bit spooky during the actual day of Halloween.

You don't have to copy this look exactly, but I do hope you find inspiration from the products I have chosen & the look I have created, especially the accessories.

And just to clarify, I am not a makeup professional, but I do enjoy experimenting with makeup.

Products used:
Primer - Benefit Porefessional Mattifying Primer
Foundation - Charlotte Tilbury Light Wonder Foundation in Fair 1
Concealer - Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer in 0
Powder - NYX HD Finishing Powder
Eyebrow Pencil - NYX Micro Brow Pencil in Brunette
Cream Contour - Collection Contour Stick in Light
Highlighter - Fenty Beauty Killawatt Highlighter Duo
Bronzer - Urban Decay Naked Flushed in Flushed
Eye Primer - NYX HD Eyeshadow Base
Eyeshadow - Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette / Urban Decay Naked Smoky Palette / Illamasqua Powder Eyeshadow in Daemon
Liquid Liner - Soap & Glory Supercat Eyeliner Pen / NYX White Liquid Liner
Eye Pencil - NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Rust
Mascara - Soap & Glory Thick & Fast HD Mascara
Lipstick - Fenty Beauty Stunna Lip Paint in Uncensored
Setting Spray - Collection Primed & Ready Spray

This look looks like it might be a little difficult, but it is super simple. Just apply your normal base routine, eyebrows and a red lip (Or any lip colour you want). Then for the eyes, set the eye primer with a bone coloured shadow, and then blend a grey/brown eyeshadow through the crease. Using a black liquid liner, draw on the knife shape. I don't really know how to explain it! Then, using a silver shadow, go over the main part of the knife, leaving a black outline. On the handle, add two white dots with liquid liner. To finish, add mascara, red pencil on the lower waterline and red eyeshadow. If you want to, you could add lashes.

I hope you liked this simple makeup look, which is perfect for wearing during the Halloween day or for a last minute costume.

Today's look is a spider eye makeup, with 3 outfit ideas that would complement the eyeshadow. Even though it looks quite hard to do, it actually is quite simple to achieve. This could be a great last minute costume idea, as you could simply wear it with a black dress. I have provided three outfit ideas in this post, if you wanted to go with a more spider-looking outfit.
I only did one eye, but you could do both eyes the same. Also, you could wear whatever colour lipstick with this eye makeup. I went with red to match the hint of red glitter on the centre of the lid.

Foundation - L'oreal True Match Foundation in Rose Ivory
Concealer - Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer in 0
Powder - NYX HD Finishing Powder
Eyebrow Pencil - NYX Micro Brow Pencil in Brunette
Cream Contour - Collection Contour Stick in Light
Cream Highlighter - Obsession Liquid Illuminator in Aphrodisia
Highlighter - Fenty Beauty Killawatt Highlighter Duo
Bronzer - Urban Decay Naked Flushed in Flushed
Eye Primer - NYX HD Eyeshadow Base
Eyeshadow - Urban Decay Naked Smoky Palette
Liquid Liner - NYX White Liquid Liner
Eye Pencil - Soap & Glory Smoulder Kohl in Superblack

Lashes - MAC No.7
Eyelash Glue - Duo Adhesive
Lipstick - Fenty Beauty Stunna Lip Paint in Uncensored
Setting Spray - Collection Primed & Ready Spray
Glitter - Lit Cosmetics Firecracker Glitter & Glitter Base

This makeup look isn't as hard as it looks. I got inspiration for this look from Pinterest, so let me know in the comments who originated this idea, so I can credit them. To re-create this look, start by applying your normal base products, brows and lipstick. Then, I set my eyeshadow primer with a skin-toned eyeshadow, blended a light brown/grey eyeshadow into the crease, and then smudged black eyeshadow on the lid and into the crease, as well as on the lower lash-line. Using the same black shadow, create the spider legs and pincers, then create the shadows using a light grey eyeshadow. Then using white liquid liner, apply highlights to the legs. Now this stage is optional, but I placed red glitter onto the centre of each lid. Finish with black pencil liner in the waterlines, mascara and false lashes. You could do both eyes, but I preferred only having one spider.

The outfit for this makeup look could literally be anything. You could easily wear it with a simple black dress that you have in your wardrobe, or you could go a bit more spooky by wearing one of the three outfit choices I have suggested. Anything with spiders or cobwebs would look great with this makeup look.

1 - Glow-in-the-dark Spider Web Bodysuit £7.00 Boohoo
2 - Suedette Barely There Heels £20.00 Boohoo
3 - Web Hoop Earrings £18.00 Regal Rose
4 - Leather Look Mini Skirt £25.00 Topshop
5 - Red Faux Fur Circle Bag £11.99 New Look
6 - Web Detail Long Sleeve Bodycon Dress £15.00 Boohoo
7 - Webbed Face Chain Mask £17.00 Regal Rose
8 - Bianca Strappy Block Heels £29.99 Public Desire
9 - Lock Front Clutch Bag £18.00 River Island @ Very
10 - Black Spider Web Bodycon Dress £18.00 PrettyLittleThing
11 - 2-pack Necklaces £9.99 H&M
12 - Ankle Boots £23.00 H&M
13 - Glitter Clutch Bag £8.00 Matalan
14 - Metallic Body £7.00 H&M

I hope you like this spider eye makeup look. It's such a fun and easy Halloween look, and would be perfect for someone who doesn't want to wear a full costume.
