If all my makeup disappeared...
I recently watched Essiebutton's youtube video called 'If all my makeup disappeared', where she talked about what 10 makeup items she would repurchase if all of her makeup suddenly disappeared.
Imagine that! All of your makeup disappearing!
So here is my 10 makeup items that I would repurchase first if my makeup collection disappeared. I haven't included brushes because I would like to think that whoever took my makeup who be kind enough to leave my brushes!
The first item I would repurchase is my MUA Undress me too palette. It's a great neutrals palette with metallics, so I could create day and evening looks with it. Plus, I fill in my eyebrows with one of the light brown colours.
The next item is my Avon pressed face powder. This is to keep shine at bay and to even out my skintone as I haven't chosen a foundation in my 10. The colour of this is Fair.
The next item I would repurchase is my MUA mosaic bronzer in Shade 1. I love this bronzer and it is great for adding colour to a pale face. I normally reach for this more than a blush now.
My white Avon colortrend pencil is my next item. It's a great white eyeliner for your waterline, so that you look more awake. It's highly pigmented and cheap.
A girl can't live without a mascara! I would repurchase my Avon superSHOCK mascara in black again and again. It's my all time favourite mascara with a big brush which creates tons of volume.
Since I am not including a foundation, for days when a have a spot or dark circles, I would need my Collection Lasting Perfection concealer in 1. This is a cheap and amazing concealer. A definite repurchase.
I decided to choose 4 different lip products as I prefer lip products to eye products. My Revlon matte lipstick in Strawberry Suede is a great coral/pink/red colour for summer. Unfortunately, it has been discontinued but for the sake of this post, it's still available.
Next lip product is a high end product. This is the Dior Addict Ultra-gloss in the colour Red Stockings 757. It's so pigmented and shimmery. I love this gloss and I would wear it in the day & at night. A beautiful red gloss. Every girl needs to have one red lip product in their collection.
This lipstick is from Avon glazewear collection. It's a beautiful everyday lipstick. It is a nude/orange tinted lipstick with hints of shimmer and is super moisturising.
The final product of this list is a dark purple/black toned lipstick. It's from 17 and is called New black. I chose this because it's a great night out lipstick for vampy makeup looks.
