Today, I am reviewing the Romantic Efflorescence palette from Makeup Acadamy (MUA). It's a plum and metallic based palette, that costs only £4! It contains twelve shades and a dual-ended sponge applicator, that I throw away as soon as I can. The shades are a mixture of mattes and shimmers, which is perfect for creating a smokey eye.
Today is the start of the second week of my two weeks review-a-day project. Today I am reviewing another MUA product, the MUA Extreme Curl Mascara in black.
Since Monday 24th and until Sunday 7th, I am doing a review a day. Today, 28th June, I am review my MUA bronzer and two MUA blushers.
So, I went shopping (again!) yesterday and I purchased some items that I will be reviewing.
This look is inspired by this video from Pixiwoo. I wanted to create a brown grungy look as it went with my outfit and I wanted to try out some of my recent purchases. The brown complements my blue eyes and the nude lips work with the heavy eyes.

Right, I know I have lots of product reviews to do, but I did a little bit of shopping today, so I thought that I would share it with you. I will get round to doing the reviews this week as I have now finished Uni for the summer!
Lets get on with this haul then.
I went into town to buy fabric for a dress that I am making for a wedding. I purchased this black and white cotton striped fabric from the market. It was £3.00 per metre and I got 4 metres. I will be posting more about my dress on this blog http://stitchstudsandflicks.tumblr.com/. I also bought interfacing for the dress.

Lets get on with this haul then.

I did a little bit of shopping today, woops! So, let's get started and go through my new purchases!
Firstly, I went to Office and purchased a new pair of Converse. I wanted a new pair for the summer and this olive green colour will go with loads of things in my wardrobe. So excited to start styling these up! They were £44.99 but Office had a 15% discount on in-store, so I got them for £38.24.
I then went to Topshop and purchased three pairs of lace topped socks and a new cropped jumper. The socks were in the three for £8 deal and the jumper was in the sale for £18. However, I used my student discount card and got 10% off them.
The socks each have lace on the top. Black socks with black lace, white socks with white lace and olive socks with cream lace.
The jumper has really long sleeves and is cropped. The colour is a dark red/burgundy. I think my new converse are going to look really good with the jumper too. It's super soft and comfortable.
